Purposeful Coaching for the Peninsula

The Movement & Strength Collective is our small-group personal training practice dedicated to joint health and longevity. We apply purposeful work tailored to the high-stress lifestyle of Peninsula professionals, ensuring you build a body that supports your life long-term.

Most programs focus on sweating it out—often at the expense of how your body actually recovers. We prioritize the quality of your movement over the quantity of your calories.

3 Sessions Over Your First Week

An introduction to purposeful strength

Data-guided Training

Your mobility assessment findings guide how your workouts should adapt to your unique body, not the other way around. This is what we call smart training.

Intelligent
Intensity

We push your limits based on how you move and feel that day ensuring you can train hard now and still perform at your best for the rest of your week.

“I came in hoping for a solid workout, but what I didn’t expect was the added benefit of movements that were healing both physically and mentally.”

Is the Collective the Right Fit For You?

Good fit if you:

✅ Want to get stronger without breaking down

✅ Care about movement quality and joint health

✅ Prefer direct coaching over crowded classes

✅ Value structure, consistency, and progression

✅ Enjoy knowing the “why” behind your training

Not a fit if you:

❌ Want random, “drop-in” workouts

❌ Are looking for high-impact bootcamps or constantly changing "workouts of the day"

❌ Prioritize rapid weight loss or aesthetics over physical capability and longevity.

❌ Prefer large groups with zero coaching feedback.
