Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. You don’t need to be “fit” to start here. Our small group training is designed for real people—busy professionals, parents, and adults who want to feel stronger and move better without beating up their bodies. Every session is coached and scaled to your ability. Having said that, safety is the first priority— you should be in good health and consult with your doctor for clearance as necessary.

  • Our Movement & Strength Collective is small group training, not one-on-one personal training and not large group fitness. Sessions are intentionally kept small so you receive individual coaching, feedback, and progression—without the cost of private training.

  • Max 8 participants per session. This allows for close coaching, proper technique, and a focused environment—never crowded or chaotic. As some timeslots are new and being filled, you may find even a session as small as 1-2.

  • The 1-week trial gives you up to three small group sessions, full coaching, and a chance to experience how strength, mobility, and conditioning are integrated. It’s the best way to see if the program is a good fit before committing.

Having said that, many clients come in with stiffness, old injuries, or movement limitations. Our training emphasizes joint health, controlled strength, and safe progression. Exercises are adjusted as needed, and mobility work is the base of our program to support long-term resilience.

  • Current small group sessions are offered in the early mornings, including 6:10am and 9:00am. These times work well for clients who want to train before work and keep the rest of their day open.
