  • You’ll attend coached small-group sessions, experience our training approach, and receive individualized guidance. Your first session includes a brief mobility assessment to ensure appropriate modifications.

  • Yes. The trial is designed to introduce you to the environment, coaching style, and training systems—without pressure to perform or keep up. In general, you should be in good health and it is recommended to consult with your doctor for clearance as necessary.

  • No. Training is adjusted to your current ability. The goal is progress, not perfection.

  • You’ll check in, be introduced to the structure of the session, and receive coaching throughout. Expect a calm, focused environment—not a loud or rushed experience.

  • If it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss membership options and next steps. There’s no obligation to continue if it isn’t.

  • Comfortable training clothes, water, positive attitude, and an open mind. Everything else is provided.
