How It Works
1. Book your 1-week trial
Choose your start date and book your first session. We will reach out by text/phone prior to make sure everything is set.
2. Show up and train
Your first session includes a brief mobility assessment during the warm-up to establish safe and effective training parameters. Reserve up to 3 sessions during your trial period.
3. Next steps
At the end of your trial, we’ll discuss whether continued coaching through the Movement & Strength Collective is a good fit.
